Good texture and taste, lasts well frozen, good value, most easily digested of all (being sourdough). Plus reliable and versatile too - if you think creatively - so yes great toasted to be spread on, but can also be cut up and then used as croutons in salads or in soup, or added last minute to veg stir-fry as if adding 'pasta' and probably lots more too I haven't yet tried (pizza base, avoiding runny toppings?)
A fabulous loaf especially when toasted and it freezes brilliantly.
The chocolate and hazelnut bread is my favourite. It's not any sweeter than the cinnamon and date one, but somehow the lightly salty taste goes better with hazelnuts (for me). I absolutely will order more of this one.
Worth the money
I ordered the starter pack + chocolate & hazelnut bread, which is now my favourite, alongside the rosemary focaccia (which has the highest calories). They all slice and freeze beautifully, and taste good toasted. I wish the cinnamon date loaf would be sweeter, it's the only one I couldn't warm up to. Sourdough is supposed to be the healthiest and it tastes good, too. The other loafs are a matter of preference, couldn't really rank them.
I appreciate the natural ingredients (even if the loafs are heavier than the supermarket ones, I see no problem with that). Will buy again.
Cinnamon and date loaf is delicious, has a balanced depth of flavour and toasted with butter is yum
And for gluten free you don’t get that bland taste
Just had it with feta and avocado, toasted. Delicious with loads of olive oil on it. Very tasty. Keep up the good work
I was not aware that this was a gluten free loaf - i thought you we’re trading under a different name and i was buying my usual sourdough loaf! Huge disappointment!
I very much liked the texture and taste of the bread but this flavour is not something I would buy again. The chocolate is quite dark which isn't to my taste.It is a good breakfast choice.
The chocolate and hazelnut bread was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all, not just the gluten free members of the party. The other huge hit was the white chocolate and raspberry granola.

What a relief to find some gluten free bread that doesn’t taste like cardboard, it’s denser than normal bread but as a substitute it’s the best I have found
This is much better than any other gluten free focaccia I have tasted. Of course there isn't much out there but I am very grateful to have a good alternative.
This is my favourite sourdough bread - slightly nutty taste which I love. I fry the slices which makes the bread crispy.
I love this loaf I don’t eat a lot of bread as I have wheat sensitivity but there are times when you really miss it. This loaf is delicious it has some sweetness but not too much together with the spiciness of cinnamon. I will definitely keep ordering it

I am a fully leaded Gluten sourdough home baker who wanted to try some decent GF Bread having failed to make any GF bread for my family & friends who can’t enjoy my usual breads….. the texture, flavour and look of all these GF loaves was great, and I particularly enjoyed the quinoa & poppyseed, cinnamon & date and Foccacia breads.

I'm impressed at the flavour of the breads. All so different. It makes for much more interesting morning toast. I don't need to load it with jam to get through it. It makes a difference if you cook for yourselves unlike big corp just making a profit.
